Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the USTYLER mobile application, this website, and any related services (the “Services”), provided by USTYLER Pty Ltd (“USTYLER”, “we”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at hello@ustyler.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

3. Designs & intellectual property

Designs you create using the Services remain your work. By publishing a design publicly, you grant USTYLER a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce and produce that design in connection with the Services. The USTYLER name, logo and platform remain our property.

4. Orders & bespoke production

Garments are made-to-order based on the design and measurements you submit. Because each piece is bespoke, returns are limited to manufacturing defects. We will repair, remake or refund eligible defective items in line with Australian Consumer Law.

5. Marketplace & creator earnings

Creators earn a share of revenue when their published designs are made by others. Earnings, payout schedules and tax treatment are described in the Creator Terms inside the app.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't upload designs you don't have rights to.
• Don't use the Services to infringe anyone's IP or privacy.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or harm the Services.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, USTYLER's total liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes through the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
